Attention All current and new members If you are signed up through us at DingTV you will have nothing to worry about, you will be able to use your current login credentials with all new apps. The new name X TV and all new apps are now available along with a few new ones. We have already released many of them in our current Filelinked code 22015867 and will be adding more new ones each day. Due to these new apps and service upgrades some customer may experience login issues. We THANK YOU for your patience during this upgrade in service.
New apps have been added to our Filelinked code. The X TV Mate and the X TV Elite are our top favorites, the X TV Pro aka Smarters pro , and newly added MyTvOnline2 app are all currently working apps and located at the top of our Filelinked code 22015867. If your having trouble login then use a VPN, If app is having trouble loading then reboot the streaming device. The X TV Elite, X TV Mate, MyTvOnline2 and the X TV Pro app seems to work best for everyone at the moment.
In some rare cases you will need to use a vpn to login to these apps, make sure your VPN is selected on a USA server close to your location. The use of a VPN should clear up in the next 24hrs as your local ISP has finished propagating. Right now the X TV Mate app seems to be the only app requiring a VPN to login on some devices for certain customers
NOTE: The X TV MATE, X TV Elite, X TV PP, X TV Pro and MyTvOnline2 apps are ALL WORKING APP right now! IF YOUR STILL UNABLE TO LOGIN THEN YOU WILL NEED TO USE A VPN AND MAKE SURE YOUR SERVER IS SET TO A LOCATION IN THE USA CLOSE TO YOU. The VPN issue to login should clear up within the next 24hrs as your local isp has finished propagating.
Unfortunately there will be times where the service will go down completely or just for certain apps. We apologize for all interruptions as they are migrating new software and new features to their systems. When using the new apps you will continue to use your current login credentials. There will be times where you will have to manually refresh your app from device settings. Please be patient as they are working on upgrading apps and services over the next few days. Keep in mind your X TV Login Credentials can not be changed, if your changing a password through our website then this accesses the billing information of your account. We keep these login credentials separate for security reasons.
