Hi DingTV Customers,
Unfortunately Nitro Tv login credential data was erased on all Nitro TV servers and restored from a later date. This had caused issues for accounts that were created or renewed after the 24th of December. The reverted action caused expiration dates to change and even whole accounts to vanish. As soon as the issue occurred we at DingTV started working on a solution for our customers. DingTv technicians had worked from 9pm to 5am that morning, manually resolving the issue for each affected customer. All of our customers were back online as of 4:30am EST on 1/6/20. Not all customers were affected and can simply correct their issue by manually refreshing their Nitro TV app from the device’s settings. Please follow the steps below to manually refresh your app.
1st- Go to device settings
2nd- Find the Nitro TV app your using (On Fire TV devices this is found under Managing Applications)
3rd- Select on the app and select on Force Close
4th- Now select on Clear Cache
5th- Either open the app back up from within setting or go back to the streaming device’s home screen and open it from there. (Home screen method is recommended)
