Dear Nitro TV Customers,
We are Glad to inform you that we are currently able to take new orders for Nitro TV!!
For all existing Nitro TV customers that are signed up through DingTV. Your current Nitro TV account will remain active and auto renewals will still be processed. Those who are directly affected with renewals from 9/18 – 9/21 will be contacted by a DingTV representative as soon as we have gotten things sorted.
The service may go down for short periods of time as they are testing and migrating new software. Some channels and the guide may be affected over this duration, with the more popular ones getting fixed first. Keep in mind many channels have a backup source available in other categories. Please be patient while Nitro TV is working to restore things as smoothly as possible in a timely manner.
Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience but this outage has affected all other providers as well. Many other services have shut down completely or have lost their whole database by rushing a fix with unstable software. Nitro TV is diligently working on getting all channels back to 100% as soon as possible. This is completely temporary!!
If you are trying to sign up for new service or unsatisfied with your current Nitro TV provider then please go to our shop and purchase the plan you want.
