DingTV offers a one year warranty from the date of purchase of devices. You must have your original receipt or digital receipt to qualify. DingTV warranty is in direct conjunction with our distributor and any replacement must fall under the proper guidelines.
Warranty Subject to Void If
- The warranty period has expired past the allotted period of one year (365 days) from date of purchase.
The product failure is due to misuse or lack of proper maintenance like malicious abuse of the product (dropping, smashing, getting wet etc.)
- You neglect or disregard general maintenance by failing to follow the proper steps needed to keep your DingTV device in working order.
- You have made significant alterations to the product, affecting its performance such as expanding internal memory, downloading apps or other materials from unsafe or malicious sources.
- Our experts determine the device malfunction could only be caused by user error.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any DingTV device unless the device was purchased defective or has become defective within the warranty guidelines. If you receive a defective item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details about the product and its suspected defect. If the issues you have encountered cannot be resolved by a DingTV representative or it is determined the purchased product is defective, postage will be sent to you for no additional charge. Upon receiving the returned product DingTV will fully examine said product and notify you via e-mail promptly with our findings. Our examination determines whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as result of a defect. If you are entitled to a replacement device one will be sent to you for no additional charge. PLEASE NOTE: Nitro TV memberships are service based products, once your Nitro TV order is placed it cannot be refunded unless you have accidentally purchased the wrong plan or if services were terminated within the first 30 days. 30 day money back refunds are only applicable towards the extended month plans or If you accidentally purchased the wrong item or had too many items in your cart during check out a refund or further extension can and/or will be applied to your existing account. A My DingTV representative normally catches these and will contact you right away to verify multiple plans purchased in a single order before order is completely processed. Subscriptions can be changed or canceled at any time with no interruption to your existing service. All cancellations must be processed on our website at mydingtv.com/my-account at least three days prior to the renewal date to avoid service continuation.
